July 2018 Chapter Closing

The Chapter is closing. We recently held elections and were unsuccessful in getting someone to run for and serve as the chair and getting the four officers (ACM SIGGRAPH members) to serve on the board for the season running July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. We thank everyone for over ten years history as a successful chapter in Portland, and for your contributions and participation.
In the future, there are other professional organizations in Portland. We can point you to some and we encourage people to stay connected to the International SIGGRAPH Conference, this year in Vancouver BC. Also, if you have any questions about the chapter, where to go from here, or the International Conference, please contact the past chair, at cascadesiggraph@gmail.com, via the form below.
We will continue to post events that may be of interest to our community, just not created by or put on by our chapter.
