Come have a bite to eat and a drink with the local SIGGRAPH Chapter, talk shop, find people to collaborate with, and have fun. Whether you are a hardened industry vet, an amateur, or just curious, come down, hang out, and have fun with your local SIGGRAPH chapter.

Want to put together an event this year? A screening, art show, talk, panel discussion, collaborative art experience, jam, portfolio review, etc — come and tell us your ideas.

This Friday is a good time to come and talk to us about joining our team or working with us: the board, the chapter, or a committee, and what it entails. Our SIGGRAPH chapter is looking for professionals and students that are interested. We are running elections this month. Open positions include officers and board members-at-large: Member Chair, Events Coordinator, Vice Chair, etc.

Are you an animator, game developer, video or film person, web designer or developer, drafter, Illustrator, or digital artist, motion graphics specialist or any type of artist that uses computer graphics? Are you looking to grow in your field? Joining our board provides a great opportunity for professional development, a way to network, create events, meet people in your field and gain leadership experience.

We meet once per month for a couple hours and work to provide excellent events and chapter membership in Portland Oregon and surrounding areas. Cascade ACM SIGGRAPH is a chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH and serves the computer graphics community by working to promote all aspects and applications of computer graphics.
