Cascade ACM SIGGRAPH, Oregon and Southwest Washingtons local SIGGRAPH chapter, will showcase new features in Adobe After Effects 6.0, an essential tool for motion graphics and visual effects, on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Art Institute of Portland, Ore. The evening will by hosted by Michael Coleman, a member of the Adobe After Effects development team and an After Effects user interface designer, and will provide an overview of new features, compositing, advanced techniques, and tips and tricks for using Adobe After Effects 6.0 effectively.
